Site Evaluation
The next stage is looking at your building or potential location. With our vast experience of both manufacturing and operating we’re able to give you the most honest evaluation of your space.

Measurements & Plans
Ideally, we use CAD plans of the building to obtain accurate measurements of your space; however, we understand that this isnt always possible. During the evaluation stage, we assess the need for a site visit. It’s not uncommon for us to pre-visit about 20% of sites to gather precise measurements. If we have plans available, we utilize them in conjunction with site photographs and videos to better understand the space for the next stage.

Concept Designs
This is the fun and exciting stage! After reviewing measurements and/or plans, we can create detailed 3D concept renders in as little as 10 minutes. We’ve developed our own proprietary advanced design software to expedite the process and save weeks on production time. This allows us to make multiple layout and color changes in hours or days instead of weeks or months.

Engineering Phase
Once a concept design is approved and the deposit is placed, we move on to the engineering phase. The engineering renders serve as the cut files from which we manufacture the various modules.

Confirmation, Manufacturing & Shipping
Before cutting any material, we provide the final engineering renders for your approval. This is your last opportunity to make any changes.
Once the designs have been reviewed and signed off, we move into full pro-duction. Manufacturing time varies based on the size and complexity of the Inflatable Park design. Once completed, we expertly pack everything and ship it to you.

Inflatable Park Installation
Once the Inflatable Park has been delivered, one of our expert installation teams will be on-site to bring your facility to life. Before their arrival, we conduct a pre-installation checklist to ensure a smooth installation process.

Safety, Operational & Maintenance Training
Our experienced installation teams will guide you through all aspects of safety, operations, and maintenance training during and after the installation is complete. We take the time to answer your questions and share the knowledge we’ve gathered over the years.

Photo & Video Shoot
Lights, camera, action! After completing all the formalities, we’ll take some time to capture still photographs, POV videos, and, where available, drone footage. We’ll use this footage to edit a promotional video for you to utilize.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED FOR AN Inflatable PARK?
The space required for an Inflatable Park is primarily limited by the size of the building and your budget. We recommend that a standalone Inflatable Park be no smaller than 5,000 sq ft (464 m²). If you’re looking to install an Inflatable Park as a complementary attraction in an existing location, we can design a park as small as 3,000 sq ft (279 m²). Ideally, higher ceiling heights are preferable; anything over 20 ft (6 m) is perfect, while 16-18 ft (5.2-5.8 m) is acceptable. Below that height, the selection of attractions may be restricted.
HOW LONG DOES AN Inflatable PARK TAKE TO INSTALL?
The installation time is dependent on the size of the Inflatable park. A 5,000 sq foot (464 m2) Inflatable park can be installed in two days, a 20,000 sq foot (1859 m2) installation would take up to five days dependent on which mechanical attractions are included.
HOW MUCH POWER DOES IT TAKE TO RUN AN Inflatable PARK?
Each Inflatable Parks power consumption will vary according to the size. During the design process, we provide the client with the power consumption and layout plan for all the power outlets.
What IS THE WARRANTY ON AN Inflatable PARK?
An Galaxy Inflatable Park comes complete with a 12 month warranty, repair kits and operations/maintenance manual.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE RUNNING A Inflatable PARK ?
This will depend on the size of the Inflatable Park, the average return on invest-ment (ROI) is less than 18 months.
What about local and national safety standards?
Galaxy is proud to be a leading force in inflatable safety, having contributed to the development of the ASTM standard for inflatable park use and operation. We support you throughout the entire process, assisting with any inspections that may arise.
What is the lifespan of A galaxy Inflatable PARK?
We design and manufacture our parks to the highest standards, which is why we have Inflatable Parks that are six years old and still going strong. Galaxy Inflatable Parks are modular, allowing us to replace high-wear areas, such as entry modules, without needing to replace the entire park.
Can I do a custom themed Inflatable PARK?
Absolutely! We encourage and suggest concepts with you. The design process is a collaboration of ideas. Take a look at our Jungle or Space themed parks.
